Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SHÉA NOUR purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact us at contact@sheanour.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
